Atherosclerosis

Atherosclerosis is a chronic disease that affects the arterial walls of the body. It is characterized by the build-up of plaques, which are made up of cholesterol, fat, and other substances, within the arterial walls. Over time, these plaques can cause the arteries to become narrowed, reducing blood flow to vital organs and tissues.

Arteriosclerosis

Arteriosclerosis is a chronic disease characterized by the thickening and hardening of the arterial walls. It is a progressive condition that develops over time and can lead to the narrowing of the arteries, reducing blood flow to organs and tissues.

Palpitation

Palpitation refers to an abnormal awareness of the heart beating, typically described as a rapid, irregular, or fluttering sensation in the chest. Palpitations can be caused by a variety of factors, such as anxiety, stress, exercise, caffeine, alcohol, or certain medications.
